Two questions: What do you think your dad and mom would say to you if they
had lived to read your book? Also, where is your brother and do you have a
relationship with him?

Hi Gay, hmmm...my dad would have either whipped the skin off me or chuckled and said that I wouldn't have had such a powerful story if it weren't for him :-) My mother would have cried, perhaps, and thanked the many Gods for giving me the courage to write about it.
Both my brothers are no more. We are three girls bracketed by two boys (no, the younger one did not die at birth).
I found myself being overcritical about the movie...still, I enjoyed it.
